As you all can find immense resource about HAM Radio and its related hobbies in internet, i am hereby trying to give some help to get such license in India. So this post is for someone who is planning to write the licensing exam (Amateur Station Operator's Certificate or ASOC). No HAM technical are described here... for that u should dig somewhere else.. So lot of changes have occurred in licensing like the Grades of Licence, Maximum power allowed in each grade, the exam pattern, frequency, guidelines etc... Hey.. guys... Let us see another idea.. Simply it is to make your Desktop Bluetooth enabled without using any rear/front USB ports but still by using a cheap USB Bluetooth dongle.. Even somebody got the idea.. i guess.. the smell of a hot soldering iron.. Let us start.. Basics  Use the extra available USB internal headers on a motherboard (refer mobo manuals). Nowdays all mobos have plenty of such headers.. but rarely used by any user.. So... Ingrediants needed. 1. A female USB port.. (screw some friend of yours having a Pentium 2 or 3  PC. ) 2. Wire harness of old PC speaker and front pannel connector (u r again lucky to have such a friend). 3. A small lined PCB. (Cut it around with just 4 lines at a length of 2 cm.. ) 4. Some new networks allow to retrieve the mobile number (MSISDN) from the network. You can use this facility to know the mobile number of ur unknown SIM card(if u have lot of SIMs)that u had forgotten for long time and now just found it in your old purse. Justlike IMEI number for each mobile phone, every SIM card is provided with an IMSI number. It is useful if u know it incase u lost ur sim card IMSI- International Mobile Subscriber Identity If u have a BSNL 3G or 2G SIM card , the u can retrieve your IMSI number by caling *115# from your mobile.
